I, Juanita A. Mooney Kennedy, contest the final distribution of the estate of Virginia A: ~ ~
ji! w
Mooney, deceased. I am one of the children of the deceased listed on the last Will prepared by Virginia Af:N
OBJECTIONS TO ACCOUNT
Mooney, my mother. For the following reasons I come before you, Honorable Judge and this court.
1. The last sentence of3A in her Will reads "Should any of my children predecease me, their share shall
lapse and go to the surviving children." My understanding of this is that the deceased intended for all
assets to be distributed equally among all surviving children.
2. In the time frame of the deceased drawing up her last Will she explained to me why she did not choose
any other children to be executor and why she chose Leslie Cover. Concluding that conversation
Virginia A. Mooney said she instructed Leslie to allow us to have what we wanted of Virginia's personal
belongings then to share equally what was remaining.
3. The notebook Virginia A. Mooney refers to, that was found, is extremely vague as to her wishes. It only
listed a few things, certainly nowhere near all of Virginia's belongings. The notebook clearly does not
say the Executor gets all of the remaining assets.
4. The above mentioned notebook was written in the Executor's handwriting not by Virginia A. Mooney's
own handwriting, which leads to the questioning of the notebook and if its contents were the true and
final wishes of Virginia .
5. According to the will, paragraph 3A , it says "I leave everything to Leslie Cover and direct that she make
distribution to my other three children..." Having spent much time with my Mother, Virginia A.
Mooney, in heartfelt conversations concerning this matter she spoke of equal distribution of her assets
to be her final gift of love for each of her children.

6. It is my request that the remaining assets be divided in four equal shares.
Therefore, I, Juanita A. Mooney Kennedy contest this final distribution of the estate of Virginia A.
Mooney, my mother, and ask you Honorable Judge and this court to divide the remaining balance in four
equal shares among the children of Virginia A. Mooney - Richard M. Mooney, Christine A. Holmes,
Juanita A. Kennedy, and Leslie A. Cover.
Respectfully submitted,
