ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel ofland being situate in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-<>f-.way line of Northampton Lane, a 50 foot wide street,
said point being the southeastern comer of Lot No. 25; THENCE along the eastern line of Lot No. 25,
North 27 degrees 24 minutes 39 seconds East, a distance of 105.71 feet to a point, said point being the
common comer of Lot Nos. 14, 15,25 and 26; THENCE along the southem line of Lot No. 14, South
65 degrees 45 minutes 58 seconds East, a distance of 75.68 feet to a point, said point being the
western comer of Lot No. 13; THENCE along the western line of Lot No. 13, South 13 degrees 46
minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of33.84 feet to a point, said point being the northern right-of-way
line 0 f Lowell Lane, a 50 foot wide street; THENCE along said right-of-way line, along a curve to the
left having a radius of 100.00 and an arc length of78.19 feet. said arc being subtended by a chord of
South 53 degrees 49 minutes 43 seconds West, a distance of76.21 feet to a point; THENCE continuing
along said right-of-way, along a curve to the right having a radius of 10.00 and an me length of 12.47 '
