SATISFACTION AND AWARD
The undersigned, hereby acknowledge that Richard R. Blessing, Executor of the Estate of
Doris Jean Blessing, deceased, has distributed to the undersigned cash, real estate and securities in
the amount of Three Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Four and 14/100 Dollars
($356,684.14), as full payment of all sums due pursuant to the Estate of Doris Jean Blessing, directs
and authorizes the Clerk of the Orphan's Court Division to mark satisfied of record the award which
may be made in his individual favor.

The undersigned, hereby acknowledge that Richard R. Blessing, Executor of the Estate of
Doris Jean Blessing, deceased, has distributed to the undersigned cash in the amount of Twelve
Thousand Four Hundred Sixty and 93/100 Dollars ($12,460.93), as full payment of all sums due
pursuant to the Estate of Doris Jean Blessing, directs and authorizes the Clerk of the Orphan's Court
Division to mark satisfied of record the award which may be made in his individual favor.
