STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this } <3 day 0' C) ~006, by and between
D. CULLY, INC., D/B/A C & C CONSTRUCTION, A ~a~~ Corporation,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
CORY J. CLIFFORD, single person hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
contractor undertook and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the
certain lot of ground situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, known as Lot 15 Watson Drive, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor,
for an in consideration of the sum of ($ 1 .00) Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by
Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the further
consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or
themselves and its, his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot
of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards,
in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above
described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or themselves, its, his or their
subcontractors and others under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish
the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the
said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument waiving the right of
lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Secretary.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in the Township of West Pennsboro,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a steel pin set on the southeastern most dedicated right of way line
of Watson Drive, at the common point of adjoiner of Lots #14 and #15 on the
hereinafter mentioned plan; thence extending along said right of way line by an arc
or curve to the left having a radius of two hundred fifty (250) feet, a chord of fifty-
one and fifty hundredths (51.50) feet on a bearing North fifty-three (53) degrees
eight (8) minutes ten (10) seconds East, for an arc distance of fifty-one and fifty-nine
hundredths (51.~9) feet to a steel pin on said right of way line; thence continuing
along the southeasternmost right of way line of Watson Drive, North forty-seven
(47) degrees thitteen (13) minutes thirty (30) seconds East, for a distance of one
hundred ninety~eight and seventy-seven hundredths (198.77) feet to a steel pin at
Lot #16; thence departing from Watson Drive and extending along Lot #16 South
forty-two (42) degrees forty-six (46) minutes thirty (30) seconds East, for a distance
of three hundred forty-eight and fifty-three hundredths (348.53) feet to a steel pin at
lands now or formerly of Robert W. Failor; thence extending along lands now or
formerly of Failor, South fifty-six (56) degrees zero (00) minutes fifty (50) seconds
West, for a distance of two hundred fifty-two and ninety-seven hundredths (252.97)
feet to a steel pin at Lot #14; thence extending along Lot #14 North forty-two (42)
degrees forty-six (46) minutes thirty (30) seconds West, for a distance ofthree
hundred fifteen and eighteen hundredths (315.18) feet to a steel pin set on the
southeasternmost dedicated right of way line of Watson Drive, said pin marking the
place of BEGINNING.
