On September 9, 2005, Kenneth Weidman brought his vehicle to our dealership. Mter
diagnosis was performed on the vehicle he authorized the repairs to be done, The amount
he authorized was $1212.44. We have tried contacting him several times at several
different addresses but to no avail. We gave him the option of either paying for the repair
bill or signing over the title to us so we could sell the vehicle to collect the monies due.
No response was ever received. We therefore have pursued the matter legally,

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 29th day of September, 2006, after reasonable notice and an
opportunity for hearing having been provided to all interested parties, the Court hereby
awards ownership of one 1999 Ford Crown Victoria bearing the vehicle identification
number 2FAFP74W7XX101101 to Parsons Interstate Ford, LLC, an the right, title and
interest of any other persons to said vehicle is hereby extinguished. The Department of
Transportation may accept this order as evidence of ownership in lieu of a certificate of
title. The Petitioner shall submit the appropriate forms, taxes and fees and comply with
any other procedures of the Department of Transportation in order to receive the
appropriate certificate of title for said vehicle.
