east side of Lisburn Road, SR 2017, in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, said lot being shown as Lot No.
20 on a final Subdivision Plan for High Meadow, Phase 4, dated
July 19, 1996, and last revised August 27, 1997, as recorded in
Plan Book *75, Page 94, said lot being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT, on the northern right-of-way line of
Woodcreek Drive, said point being the southeastern corner of the
above described lot and the southwestern corner of Lot 19 on the
above referenced subdivision plan; thence along the same
right-of-way line the following two (2) courses and distances 1)
a curve to the left with a radius of 775.00' and an arc length of
122.36' to a point 2) a curve to the right at the intersection of
Woodcreek Drive and Fox Hollow Road with a radius of 10.00' and an
arc length of 15.26' to a point; thence along the eastern
right-of-way line of Fox Hollow Road North 50 degrees 36'42"
West, 169.94' to a point; thence along the southern property line
of Lot 21 North 39 degrees 23'18" East, 153.30 to a point; thence
along the western property line of Lot 19 the following two (2)
curves and distances 1) South 46 degrees 03'18" East, 140.44' to
a point 2) South 39 degrees 00'38" East, 56.15' to a point, being
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING an area of 26,912 square feet (0.618 acres).
BEING PART OF THE SAME PREMISES which New Penn Motor Express,
Inc., by their deed to be reocrded simultaneously herewith, in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, granted
and conveyed unto Thomas W. Pestke and Karen G. Pestke.

STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 6th of May, 2002, by and between
ALAN L. HELLAM,
THOMAS W. PESTKE and KAREN G. PESTKE, hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot of ground
situate in
as per attached legal:
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to ALLEN L. HELLAM in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.
