DISCLAIMER and RENUNCIATION
WHEREAS, CHARLES J. WOODS died on March 14,2006 a resident of
Cumberland County, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
WHEREAS, CHARLES J. WOODS, during his lifetime executed a Last Will

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Article Two, Section 2.01 of said Will
All of my probate estate, excluding any property over which I might have
a power of appointment, and after payment of expenses and taxes which
are paid pursuant to this will, I give to the then acting Trustee of the
Charles J Woods Living Trust dated November 22, 2005 and executed
prior to this will, to be added to the property of that trust. I direct that the
Trustee administer the property as provided in the trust agreement and any
amendments prior to my death.
WHEREAS, KEVIN J. WOODS and DIANE E. SABLE became the Executors
of the Estate of CHARLES J. WOODS by Grant of Letters issued by the Cumberland
County Register of Wills on June 1, 2006;
WHEREAS,CHA..~ES J. WOODS held several aSStts jointly Gr payable on
death with his wife, ELEANOR M. WOODS;
WHEREAS, less than nine (9) months have elapsed since the date of death of
CHARLES J. WOODS and the undersigned Disclaimant has not accepted any of the
assets or other probate property of the Estate of CHARLES J. \WQQDSor theC1iD\RLES

has she exercised any control as beneficial owner over any such property or any interest
therein,
WHEREAS, Article Ten, Section 10.3 of the CHARLES J. WOODS LIVING
TRUST states:
To the extent that any property is added to the Family Trust as the
result of a qualified disclaimer by my wife, the property shall be held in a
separate share of the Family Trust during the lifetime of my wife, and
shall be separately administered in accordance with all of the provisions of
this Article except that Section 10.07, which grants my wife a limited
power of appointment, shall not apply to the separate share.
The sole purpose of maintaining the separate share is to keep the
disclaimed property, together with all income from the property that is
accumulated in the trust, separate from the other property of the Family
Trust over which my wife has a power of appointment and avoid the
possible disqualification of an otherwise qualified disclaimer under
Section 2518 of the Internal Revenue Code.
WHEREAS, the Disclaimant acknowledges that the effect of the execution of
this Disclaimer and Renunciation is that the property that otherwise may have been
distributed to her will now pass to the CHARLES 1. WOODS F AMIL Y TRUST.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ELEANOR M. WOODS, an adult beneficiary residing
at 5225 Wilson Lane, Aparu-nen~ 4 i 00, Ivfechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, do hereby exercise
the rights granted to me in the Pennsylvania Probate, Estate and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa.
C.S.A. 6201 et seq., to DISCLAIM AND RENOUNCE certain of my interests as a
beneficiary of the Estate of CHARLES 1. WOODS and the CHARLES 1. WOODS
LIVING TRUST, as follows:
1. I hereby renounce and disclaim all right, title and interest to:

containing approximately 19,169.181 shares of Vanguard
Pennsylvania Long-Term Tax-Exempt Fund Admiral Shares

b. u.S. Savings Bond, Series EE, titled to Charles J. Woods POD
