North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.e., hereby files its claim
for water and sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed is William Malloy, Sr. and Kathy Rae Malloy, 108 Longs Gap Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit
" A" , with an address of 1 08 Longs Gap Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above described property in the
amount of $295.52.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from this 1 st day of May, 2006.

MALLOY, husband and wife, of Cumberland Coun1y,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter
(Grantors)
and WILLIAM A. MALLOY, SR. AND KATHY RAE MALLOY, husband and
wife, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania hereinafter
(Grantees)
WITNESSETH. that In consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00) In hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do hereby grant
and convey to the said grantees, their heirs and assigns as tenants by the
entireties.
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground with the improvements thereon erected, situate In
North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake in the South Side of a public road at lands now or formerly
of George W. Stambaugh; thence by lands of the same, South 11 degrees 11
minutes West 166.75 feet to a stake at lands now or formerly of Carlisle Gun Club,
Inc.; thence by lands now or formerly of Carlisle Gun Club, Inc., South 82 degrees
9 minutes East, 50 feet to the center of a 3D-foot driveway; thence by the center
of said driveway and by lands now or formerly of Simon P. Jumper. North 11
degrees 11 minutes East, 161 feet more or less, to a point on the South side of the
aforesaid public road; thence by the south side of said public road, North 76
degrees 34 minutes West, 50 feet to a stake at the place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the right to use the aforementioned 3D-foot driveway along the
East line of the above-described tract of land in common with the owner of the
tract of land adjoining the said driveway on the East.
BEING the same premises which Catherine Lebo, widow, by deed dated August
27, 1999, which Deed Is recorded In the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County In Deed Book 206, Page 792, granted and conveyed to
Catherine Lebo, widow, and WIlliam A. Malloy, Sr. and Kathy Rae Malloy,
husband and wife, Grantors herein.

THIS conveyance is made subject to the following restrictions:
That no building, part of any buildIng, or structure of any type shall be erected on
any portion of the said land above described, the height of which Is more than
thirty-five (35) feet above the Northeast lot corner of the lot. above described.
THIS is a conveyance from mother, daughter and son-In-law to daughter and son-
in-law and therefore exempt from Pennsylvania Real1y Transfer Tax.
