1. Plaintiff, ANJ, INCORPORATED is a corporation with offices at 370

2. Defendant is adult individual(s) residing at the address listed

1. Defendant applIed for and received a credit card bearing che
account number 5491048251350116 .
1. Defendant made use of said credit card and has a current balance
due of $10670.56 , as of September 18, 2006 .
~. Defendant is 1n default by faili~g to make monthly payments when
J.ue. As such, the entIre balance is immediacely' due and payable to
Plaintiff.
6. Plaintiff is entitled to the addition of interest at the rate of
6.000% per annum on the unpaId balance from September 18, 2006 . A
=oPI of Plaintiff's STATEMENT OF ACCO UNT is attaclled hereto, marked
:-'.s Exhibit "1" and made a part hereof.
7. Although repeatedly requested to do so by Plaintiff, Defendant has
,villfully failed and/or refused to pay the balance due to Plaintiff.
Wherefore, the Plaintiff prays for judgment in its favor and
ag,linst Defendant , CHRISTINE T LE , INDIVIDUALLY , in the amount of
$10670.56 with continuing interest thereon at the rate of 6.000% per
annum from September 18, 2006 plus costs.
This law flrm is a debt collector a tempting to collect this debt for
