WHEREAS, Marcia E. Delafield and Wayde S. Delafield, of 12 Citadel Drive, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, 17011, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Creative
Construction by Windows & More, Inc. of 541 Bridge Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania,
17070, for the construction of an addition to and expansion of an existing single family residence
building upon a lot ofland situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
See Attached Exhibit "A"
NOW, September /8 -, 2006, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said contract with the contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar
to contractor, paid by owners, it is agreed that no liens shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any sub-contractors, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other persons
for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the construction and
erection of the said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of ground situate in the Township of Lower Allen, County
of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described
according to survey ofD. P. Raffensperger, Registered Surveyor, dated July 18, 1956, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern side of Citadel Drive, ninety (90) feet West ofthe northwest
comer of the intersection of Citadel Drive and Colgate Drive; also at the dividing line between Lots
Nos. 44 and 45 on hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence westwardly along the northern side
of Citadel Drive eighty (80) feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 43 and 44 on said
Plan; thence northwardly along the same one hundred sixty-six and eighteen one-hundredths
(166.18) feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 44 and 46 on said plan; thence
eastwardly along the same one hundred and five one-hundredths (100.05) feet to a point at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 44 and 45 on said Plan; thence southwardly along the same one
hundred forty and twenty-seven one-hundredths (140.27) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 44 on Plan of Cedar Cliff Manor recorded in Plan Book 7, Page 13, Cumberland
County records.
