I direct the payment of all my just debts an~
funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my
decease.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate,
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate,
I aive, devise and bequeath unto my two children, Cathy L.
Bartoo and Donald W. Bartoo, in equal shares.
