STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, RYAN E. HEISHMAN and SCHYLER R. HEISHMAN (OWNERS), are
about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM
CONTRACTING, INC., A PENNSYLVANIA CORPORATION (CONTRACTOR), for the
execution of a home situate in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described on the attached Exhibit "A".
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00), to be paid to Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any Subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in the Dickinson Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Subdivision Plan for Clarendon,
Prepared by Stader-Brehm Associates, Ioe., dated June 10, 1998 consisting of 14 pages, a copy
of which was recorded in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office on August 19, 1998 in Plan
Book 77, Page 56, which Subdivision Plan for Clarendon is incorporated herein by reference,
as foUows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern right-of-way line of 50 foot wide Ashton Street at
the dividing line between Lot Nos. 45 and 46; thence along said dividing line South 60 degrees
15 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 400.00 feet to a point the dividing line between Lot
Nos. 45 and 46; thence along the dividing line between Lot No. 45 and land now or formerly of
John R. and Grace M. McKeehan North 29 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of
150.00 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot Nos. 45 and 44; thence along said
dividing line North 60 degrees 15 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 400.00 feet to a point
in the right-of-way line of 50 foot wide Ashton Street; thence along said Ashton Street South
29 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE described land is all of Lot No. 45 as shown on said Subdivision for Clarendon
and contains an area of 60,000 square feet, more or less.
