STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Lindsay D. Osborn and Steven R. Osborn,(Owners) of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania have executed a contract, with Bastian Homes for the erection of a home
situate on real estate in South Middleton Township, more particularly bounded and
described on the attached Exhibit "A".
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to be paid by Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a stake between land now or formerly of Charles C. Weidner and Clara
G. Weidner, his wife, and land now or formerly of Alvin L. Weaver and Vera F. Weaver, his
wife; thence along said land, South 12 degrees 45 minutes West 366.88 feet to an iron pipe and
comer ofland now or formerly of Mrs. Grace Bixler; thence along land now or formerly of Mrs.
Grace Bixler, North 83 degrees West 516 feet to an iron pipe; thence along land now or formerly
of Charles C. Weidner and Clara C. Weidner, his wife, North 13 degrees East 202.5 feet to an
iron pipe; thence by the same, North 81 degrees 45 minutes West 389.8 feet to an iron pipe;
thence by the same, North 8 degrees 15 minutes East 255.6 feet to an iron pipe; thence by the
same, South 76 degrees 30 minutes East 923.2 feet to a stake, the Place of BEGINNING.
