STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, CUMBERLAND PERRY ASSOCIATION FOR RETARDED CITIZENS is about
to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Galbraith Pre-Design, Inc., for
installation of a roof-over-roof system at their facility located at 262 Silver Springs Road, in
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said CUMBERLAND PERRY ASSOCIATION FOR
RETARDED CITIZENS to the said Galbraith Pre-Design, Inc. to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said Contract
with Galbraith Pre-Design, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the property by the Contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
