WHEREAS, Owner, of Lot //23 of Lindenwood Phase HI, a planned community, located in Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
Contractor, J.W. Mumper Construction, Inc., 1 Bull Run Court, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, for the construction and/or erection of improvements upon a lot of land situate in Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more fully bounded and described being more fully
bounded and described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made part hereof.
NOW, this ~'~}("~ day of ~ , 2002, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, an~/before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said building or to purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of one dollar, to Contractor paid by
Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by
any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
This Stipulation against Liens may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be fully effective as an
original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
