RED-HAR, INC.
WHEREAS, ABE HAROUNZADEH, is about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract with RED-HAR,INC. of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania for the
erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying at the northeasterly comer of the
westerly intersection of Heatherington Way and Pellingham Circle, bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
Said premises being known as Lot No. 56 - 5025 Pellingham Circle
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly right of way line of Pellingham Circle (50 feet
wide) with the line of division between Lot 56 and Lot 57; extending (1) thence along said right
of way line of south 83 degrees 58 minutes 55 seconds west, a distance of 174.15 feet;
extending (2) thence along the same by a curve to the right having a radius of 125.00 feet, an arc
length of22.15 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of south 89 degrees 03 minutes 33 seconds
west, 22.12 feet; extending (3)thence along the same by a curve to the right having a radius of
25.00 feet, an arc length of 48.74 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of north 30 degrees 00
minutes 58 seconds west, 41.38 feet to the easterly right of way line of Heatherington Way;
extending (4) thence along said right of way line by a curve to the right having a radius of615.00
feet, an arc length of223.26 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of north 36 degrees 13
minutes 52 seconds east, 222.03 feet; extending (5) thence along the same by a curve to the
right having a radius of 615.00 feet, an arc length of 16.81 feet, and a chord bearing and distance
of north 47 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds east, 16.81 feet; thence (6) departing said right of
way line and extending north 83 degrees 58 minutes 55 seconds east, a distance of 50.23 feet;
extending (7) thence south 06 degrees 01 minute 05 seconds east, a distance of214.13 feet to the
point of BEGINNING. Containing 33,234 square feet or 0.763 acres.
BEING Lot No. 56 as shown a Plan entitled" Final Subdivision Plan for Phase nand
III,Wentworth Estates' dated 5/20/04, last revised 8/17/04, Job No. 1001-846, prepared by LSC
Design, Inc. York, Pa. and recorded in the Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in Plan Book 90 page 17.

NOW, ~ c2c;' 2006 a the time of and immediately before the execution
of the prin ipal contract, and before any authonty has been gIven by the saId owners to
the said contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration ofthe making ofthe said contract with owners and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to contractor paid by owners it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of the said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
