WHEREAS, ABE HAROUNZADEH, EXCHANGER, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Red - Har Inc. of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying along Heatherington Way and being approximately 350 feet north of the easterly intersection of Heatherington Way and Pellingham Circle, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Said premises being known as Lot No. 33- 5035 Heatherington Way BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly right of way line of Heatherington Way (50 feet wide) with the line of division between Lot 61 and Lot 33; extending (1) north 22 degrees 09 minutes 53 seconds east, a distance of 175.87 feet; extending (2) thence north 74 degrees 15 minutes 14 seconds east, a distance of 196.60 feet; extending (3) thence south 15 degrees 47 minutes 10 seconds east, a distance of 133.91 feet; extending (4) thence south 53 degrees 25 minutes 52 seconds west, a distance of257.52 feet to the easterly right of way line of Heatherington Way; extending (5) thence along said right of way line by a curve to the left, having a radius of200.00 feet, an arc distance of 109.14 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of north 52 degrees 12 minutes 08 seconds west, 107.79 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Containing 46,877 square feet or 1.076 acres. BEING Lot No. 33 as shown on a final Plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan for Phase II and III, Wentworth Estates" dated 5.20.04, last revised 8/17/04, Job Number 1001-846, prepared by LSC Design ,Inc. York, Pa. and recorded in the Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Plan book 90 page 17.
