WOLFE, of 143 Mainsville Road, Southampton Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST. I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease; I further direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my beloved husband, ELWOOD L. WOLFE, absolutely. THIRD. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said husband, ELWOOD L. WOLFE, the sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. FOURTH. Provided, however, that in the event my said husband, ELWOOD L. WOLFE, should predec~ase me, or if we sh~uld' die in a common disaster, then in either of said events, I g~ve; devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and ~xed, whatsoever and: wh~resoeve;r situate, i'n~two (2) equal shares~ share and sh::ire ~a1ij(e-, one;(l)~qual 5har~. tQ. my son, wILLIAM W. WOLFE, or the survivor of them, as the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, my said Executors to have full power and authority to do any and all things necessary for the complete administration of my estate, inCluding the power to sell any and all real and personal property of which I may die seized, at public or private' sales, in their discretion, without any Order of any Court; I further direct that my said Executors not be required to file any Bond in connection with the settlement of my estate.
