Deceased, is authorized in his individual capacity to purchase the real estate
located at 3805 Lamp Post Lane, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania for Two Hundred Fifteen
Thousand and 00/100 ($215,000.00) Dollars, and William J. Lafferty, Jr., as
Executor, is hereby authorized to execute and deliver a deed to William J. Lafferty,
Jr., individually, and assigns, upon receipt by the Estate of the purchase price.
