cipal contract, and before any 'authority has been given by the said Melissa Evans
to the said Haubert Homes, Inc.
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Melissa Evans and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to Haubert Homes, Inc. paid
by Melissa Evans . it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
build[ng by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of East
Pennsboro, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania more
particularly bounded and described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Willow Way Drive (50'
wide) at the dividing line between lots #187 and #188 as shown on the hereinafter
mentioned plan; thence along the eastern right-of-way line of Willow Way Drive by
a curve, curving to the right having a radius of 525.00' feet and an arc length of
88.84' feet to a point at the dividing line between lots #170 and #188; thence along
the dividing line between lots #170 and #188 North 80 degrees 09 minutes 15 seconds
East a distance of 100.00' feet to a point at the dividing line between lots #170, #171,
#177 and #188; thence along the dividing line between lots #177 and #188 South 14
degrees 32 minutes 14 seconds East a distance of 72.00' feet to a point at the
dividing line between lots #177, #187, and #188; thence along the dividing line
between lots #187 and #188 South 70 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West a distance
of 99.93' feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Willow Way Drive, said
point being the place of BEGINNING.
