heretofore filed by Helen K. Baker, it is hereby ordered and decreed that:
1. She be authorized to collect and receive all assets due the estate;
2. The Petitioner be authorized to sign any and all tax returns, including but not limited
to an inheritance tax return; and
3. She be authorized to perform any and all other duties required of a personal
representative in the Administration of an Estate including but not limited to
executing any and all documents required by the Railroad Retirement Board for the
payment of the possible lump sum death benefit of$937.70.
4. . She be authorized to disburse any funds received from the possible lump sum death
benefit of $937.70 from the Railroad Retirement Board for the purposes of paying
counsel for Plaintiff for fees and costs and to the heirs at law of the decedent.
Payment and distribution are accordingly Decreed and Helen K. Baker, the Petitioner, is

hereby authorized to receive, collect and distribute the property as herein before set forth.
