, do hereby acknowledge that I have this day
had and received of and from GAIL L. McWILLIAMS, Executrix of the Estate of RANDY
L. FLOOD, deceased, the sum of Ten Thousand and 00/1 00 ($10,000.00) dollars, cash, in full
satisfaction and payment of my one-fourth (1/4) residuary share in accord with the provisions
of the May 9,2005, Last Will of Randy L. Flood.
.J.lna'11ierefore, I, the said NICKOLAUS FLOOD, do by these presents remise,
release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said Gail L. McWilliams, Executrix as aforesaid,
her heirs or assigns, of and from the residuary share in accord with the provisions of said
decedent's Last Will, in and of the Estate of Randy L. Flood, and of and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason
thereof, or any other act, matter, cause or thing whatever, from the beginning of the world to
the day of the date of these presents.
.J.lnaI hereby consent and agree that the Orphan's Court Division of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, may discharge the said Gail L. McWilliams, Executrix, upon
application, without further notice to me.
