First and Final Account and Schedule of Proposed Distribution of Patricia M. Rice, Executrix ofthe
Estate of Ralph E. Rice, late of Dickinson Township,Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, have been
filed and advertised in accordance with law and rules of Court and the same have been confirmed
by the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on October 10, 2006, and it appearing
that said Executrix, Patricia M. Rice in her Schedule of Proposed Distribution claims the distribution
ofthe real estate in kind to Patricia M. Rice, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the hereinafter
described real estate is hereby awarded to Patricia M. Rice, her heirs and assigns:
ALL that certain piece of ground with improvements thereon erected, situate in
Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described on
the preliminary final subdivision plan by Wilbur H. Clifton, Registered Surveyor,
dated June 4, 1979.
BEGINNING at a spike in the centerline of Township Route 534, which point is
referenced 364.20 feet South along the centerline of Township Route 534 from the
intersection of Township Route 534 and Township Route 524; thence continuing
along the centerline of Township Route 534 South 20 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds
West 93.75 feet to a spike in the centerline of Township Route 534; thence
continuing along the centerline of Township Route 534 South 2 degrees 20 minutes
West 77.75 feet to a spike; thence along land of Ralph E. Rice, Jr. and Patricia M.
Rice, his wife, grantors herein, North 64 degrees 30 minutes West 313.15 feet to an
iron pin; thence along same North 25 degrees 30 minutes East 165 feet to an iron pin;
thence along same South 64 degrees 30 minutes East 275 feet to a spike, the place
of BEGINNING.

The Recorder of Deeds in and for said County of Cumberland is directed to record this
Decree among the deeds in his official capacity and to index the same in the Grantor index against
the Estate of Ralph E. Rice a/k/a Ralph E. Rice, Jr., and in the Grantee index to Patricia M. Rice, in
accordance with the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciary Code of 1972, as amended,
Sections 3534-3536.
