Clifton, Registered Surveyor, dated June 4, 1979. BEGINNING at a spike in the centerline of Township Route 534, which point is referenced 364.20 feet South along the centerline of Township Route 534 from the intersection of Township Route 534 and Township Route 524; thence continuing along the centerline of Township Route 534 South 20 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds West 93.75 feet to a spike in the centerline of Township Route 534; thence continuing along the centerline of Township Route 534 South 2 degrees 20 minutes West 77.75 feet to a spike; thence along land of Ralph E. Rice, Jr. and Patricia M. Rice, his wife, grantors herein, North 64 degrees 30 minutes West 313.15 feet to an iron pin; thence along same North 25 degrees 30 minutes East 165 feet to an iron pin; thence along same South 64 degrees 30 minutes East 275 feet to a spike, the place of BEGINNING.
