STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, THE SHIPPENSBURG NONPROFIT HOUSING CORPORATION, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with B. L. Bradley & Son Builders, for the
rehabilitation of the structure located at 110 East Orange Street in Shippensburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said SHIPPENSBURG NONPROFIT HOUSING
CORPORATION to the said B. L. Bradley & Son Builders to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said Contract
with B. L. Bradley & Son Builders and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived.
