MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for water and sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners, of the property against
which this claim is filed is Oakwood Homes, Inc., 480 Running Pump Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

A description of the property against which it is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit
"A", with an address of 6 Kaseeta Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act of May 16,1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The Gen is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above described property in the
amount of $ 412.30.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from this 1St day of May, 2006.

in the year two thousand and three (2003)
BETWEEN OAKWOOD HOMES, INC., a Corporation organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of Pennsylvania, hereinafter called
Grantor, of the one part, and the First Part,
and DOUGLAS L. ZOOK, adult individual, of the County of Lancaster
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereinafter call the Grantee,
of the other part,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of Twenty-five Thousand and No Dollars and

In hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said Grantor (s) do/does hereby grant and convey to said
Grantee (s), his/her/their heirs and assigns
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of fifty (50) foot wide
Kaseeta Drive, the southeastern corner of the tract herein conveyed, at the
northeastern corner of lands now or formerly of Matthew A. Renninger and Julie N.
Renninger, husband and wife (Lot NO. 9); thence along lands now or formerly of the
said Matthew Renninger and Julie N. Renninger, husband and wife, South 63 degrees
39 minutes 28 seconds West 263.52 feet to a point; thence along lands now or
formerly of Susan A. Fry, single woman (Lot NO. 7), North 26 degrees 02 minutes 26
seconds West 31.41 feet to a point; thence along land s now or formerly of Edgar M.
Salisbury and Lydia A. Salisbury, husband and wife (Lot NO. 12), North 27 degrees
16 minutes 49 seconds West 166.28 feet to a point; thence along lands now or
formerly of John A. Dimio (Lot NO. 13) North 28 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds
West 189.68 feet to a point; thence along land snow or formerly of Thomas H.
Whitmyer, Jr. and Tana K. Whitmyer, husband and wife (Lot No. 11), South 73
degrees 42 minutes 44 seconds East 399.05 feet to a point; thence along the western
right-of-way line 50 foot wide Kaseeta Drive the following two (2) courses and
distances: South 5 degrees 01 minutes 38 seconds East 55.80 feet along a chord of a
circle with a radius of 75.00 feet and a tangent of 29.26 feet to a point; and, thence
South 26 degrees 20 minutes 32 seconds East 66.13 feet to a point, the Place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING sixty-nine thousand four hundred thirty-nine (69,439) square feet or
one and fifty-nine hundredths (1.59) acres and being designated Lot NO. 10 as shown
on a Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for Lands of Helen M. Kaseeta dated
November 23, 1999, with revision dated of March 22, 2000, by the North Middleton
Township Board of which was approved May 26, 2000, by the North Middleton
Township Board of Commissioners, a copy of which is recorded in Cumberland
County Plan Book 81, at Page 26.

BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Jerry W. Zettle, Executor of the Last Will
and Testament of Helen M. Kaseeta, widow by deed dated March 28, 2003 and
recorded May 6, 2003 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania in Record Book 256, Page 4662 granted and conveyed unto
Douglas L. Zook, his heirs and assigns.

And the Grantor (s) covenant (s) that it will warrant specially the property hereby conveyed.
