Petitioners are the son-in-law and daughter of Jane B. Olewiler, who died on March 11, 2006 a resident of 60 Foxcroft Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Petitioner Mark E. The minor, George Edward Hogan, was born on January 31, 1993. He is currently 13 years old, and he resides at 633 Colonial View Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, with his parents and natural guardians, Rachel Ann Hogan and Edward C. Hogan, who join in this Petition and consent to the appointment of Petitioners as successor custodians. See Consents to Appointment of Mark E. Perry and Deborah O. Sullivan as Successor Custodians signed by each parent attached hereto as Exhibits E and F. 5. At the time of death, Jane B. Olewiler was serving as custodian for George Edward Hogan under the Pennsylvania Uniform Gifts to Minors Act with respect to Linsco Private Ledger Financial Services, Account No. 2986-8035 which had a balance of $45,701.13. See Portfolio Appraisal from Foster Investment Group attached as Exhibit G. 6. A successor custodian was not designated on the account.
