[72 PS 99116 (a) (1.1) (i)J.
For dates of dEath on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 0% [72 P.S. 99116 (a) (1.1) (ii)].
The statute does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if
the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.
For dates of death on or after July 1, 2000:
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an adoptive parent,
or a stepparent of the child is 0% [72 PS. 99116(a)(1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. 99116(1.2) [72 P.S. 99116(a)(1)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is 12% [72 P.S. 99116(a)(1.3)]. A sibling is defined, under Section 9102, as an

I, HELEN E. HARATINE, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylva-
nia, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously
made by me.
ITEM I:
I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate, as set forth below:
A. Five (5%) percent to the CLEVE J. FREDRICKSEN LIBRARY of
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
B. Five (5%) percent to the TRINITY EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN
CHURCH of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
C. Eighteen (18%) percent to my daughter, CHRISTINE M. LEE,
if she survives me, and if not, to her issue, per stirpes.
D. Eighteen (18%) percent to be divided equally among the
three children of my late son, RICHARD HARATINE, JR.; they are RICHARD
ROBERT HARATINE III, SAMUEL SCOTT HERR, and LYZA BETH MacKENZIE.
E. Eighteen (18%) percent to my daughter, ELIZABETH L.
STELZER, if she survives me, and if not, to her issue, per stirpes.
F. Eighteen (18%) percent to son, TIMOTHY JAMES HARATINE,
if he survives me, and if not, to his lssue, per stirpes.

G. Eighteen (18%) percent to the Co-Trustees hereinafter
named, IN TRUST, for my daughter, BONNIE LEE HARATINE, to hold,
manage, invest and reinvest the share so received, and the accumula-
tion of income thereon.
The Co-Trustees shall distribute so much of
thp. income and the principal of the trust as the Co-Trustees shall in
their sole and absolute discretion deem advisable for the support of
my daughter, BONNIE LEE HARATINE, after taking into account all other
available resources and sources of income including entitlement to
govp.rnment benefits such as Supplemental Security Income, Mental
HRalth/Mental Retardation Services, Children and Youth Services,
Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Attendant Care, or any other type
of government benefit or services.
It is my intent that this trust
shall supplement and not supplant any otherwise available government
bRnefits.
Upon the death of my daughter, BONNIE LEE HARATINE, the
thp.n remaining principal and accumulated income shall be distributed
to her issue, per stirpes, and in default thereof, shall be distrib-
utp.d to my issue then living, per stirpes.
ITEM II: I appoint my daughter, ELIZABETH L. STELZER, and her
hushand, KURT STELZER, Co-Trustees of the trust created for my daugh-
tRr, BONNIE LEE HARATINE.
Should both of them fail to qualify or
cease to act as such, a successor Trustee or Co-Trustees shall be
selected by a majority of my then surviving children.

between Timothy J. Haratine and Elizabeth L. Stelzer, Co-Executors of
the Last Will and Testament of Helen Haratine a/k/a Helen E. Haratine,
late of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland and Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania, of the first part, hereinafter called the
C-;rantor,
- AND -
Walter C. Miller, married man, of the second part, hereinafter
called the Grantee;
WHEREAS, the said Helen Haratine a/k/a Helen E. Haratine became
in her lifetime seised, as of fee, of and in to a certain tract of
land, together with the improvements thereon erected, situate in the
Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and more particularly described hereinafter; and being
so thereof seised, died on February 9, 2006, having first made her
Last Will and Testament in writing dated April 14, 2003, duly probated
and registered in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland
County on February 27, 2006, wherein and whereby she appointed as Co-
Executors, the said Timothy J. Haratine and Elizabeth L. Stelzer, to
whom Letters Testamentary were duly issued by said Register of Wills
on February 27, 2006, wherein and whereby said premises hereinafter

described were not specifically devised, all as in and by said Will
and the records of said Register of Wills more fully appears;
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said Grantors, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand and
NO/100 ($147,000.00) Dollars, which has been paid to them by the said
Grantee at or before the sealing and delivery hereof, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
released and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, release and confirm unto the said Grantee,
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of
Camp Hill, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Dickinson Avenue (50
feet wide) at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 63 and 64, Section
"BU on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said
dividing line South 26 degrees 10 minutes East, a distance of one
hundred eighty-seven and ninety-three hundredths (187.93) feet more or
less to Lot No. 55, Section "AU on said Plan; thence along said Lot
No. 55 and Lot No. 56, Section "AU, North 67 degrees 43 minutes East,
a distance of ninety-eight (98) feet to Lot No. 60, Section "BU on
said Plan; thence North 35 degrees 37 minutes West along Lots Nos. 60
and 61 and 62, Section "BU, a distance of one hundred ninety-nine and
seventeen hundredths (199.17) feet more or less to the southerly line
of Dickinson Avenue; thence in a westerly direction along the south-
erly line of Dickinson Avenue along a curve having a radius of one
thousand seventy-three and fifty-five hundredths (1073.55) feet, a
distance of sixty-four and ninety-five hundredths (64.95) feet more or
less to Lot No. 64, Section "BU the Place of Beginning.
BEING Lot No. 63, Section "BU on the Plan of College Park, recorded in
Plan Book 4, Page 83, Cumberland County records.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a single dwelling house No. 1905 Dickinson
Avenue.

BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Ronald L. Kautz and Carol B. Kautz, his
wife, by their deed dated December 20, 1972, and recorded December 21,
1972, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Record Book Y24, Page 374, granted and
conveyed unto Helen Haratine, deceased.
TOGETHER with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways,
streets, alleys, passages, waters, water-courses, rights, liberties,
privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever, thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate,
right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of her,
the said Helen Haratine a/k/a Helen E. Haratine, at and immediately
before the time of her decease, in law, equity, or otherwise
howsoever, of, in, to or out of the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lot or piece of ground above de-
scribed, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intended
so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said Grantees, to and for
the only proper use and behoof of the said Grantees, forever.
And the said Grantors, for themselves and their respective heirs,
executors and administrators, does covenant, promise and agree to and
with the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, that they, the said
Grantors, have not heretofore done or committed any act, matter or
thing whatsoever whereby the premises hereby granted, or any part

title, charge, estate or otherwise howsoever.
