RALPH J. IACONO, OWNER, adult individual with a residence address of P.O. Box 3, Boiling
Springs, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Owner", has entered into a contract with RALPH J. IACONO,
an adult individual with a principal place of business at P.O. Box 3, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter called "Contractor", for the erection of a single family residential dwelling upon land of
Owner situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly
bounded and described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part hereof.
NOW, this ~ay of October, 2006, before any authority has been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials for the
same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said
property by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
installation and construction of said municipal improvements, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.

THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Owner and Contractor on the day above
written.

EXHIBIT A
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that certain tract of land situated in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, PA,
being Lot No. 31, as shown on a plan entitled, "Meadowbrook Farms, Final Subdivision Plan,
Phase V," dated June 20, 2005, by PennTerra Engineering, Inc., State College, PA, being
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin, being an easterly corner of Lot No. 30 and lying in a southerly R/W line
of Old Coach Lane; thence along said R/W, along a curve to the left, having a chord bearing of
S86000'17"E, a chord distance of 76.02 feet, a radius of 225.00 feet and an arc length of 76.38
feet to an iron pin, lying in a southerly line of said RIW and being a northwesterly corner of a 15'
wide access to open space; thence along said access S03010'59"E, 284.55 feet to an iron pin,
being a southwesterly corner of said access and lying in a northerly line of lands owned now or
formerly by Kerchner (Tax Parcel 29-6-19-14 Pg. 32-C/512); thence along said lands
N60049'41"W, 163.58 feet to an iron pin, lying in a northerly line of said lands and being a
southerly corner of Lot No. 30; thence along said lot N13043'15"E, 215.84 feet to an iron pin,
being the place of beginning, containing 0.633 acres.
Lot No. 31 is subject to a portion of a 50' wide Mobile Pipeline R-O-W along its southerly
boundary and a 10' wide utility/sidewalk easement along its street frontage
