Dear Judge Hoffer:
This letter and enclosures relate to the Petition for Adjudication and a First and Final
Account for the Estate of Loy T. Hempt and the Objections to the Account fJled by the
Kalbach Family and the Mark Family. When counsel met with you several months ago we
agreed, with your consent, to submit a proposed Decree to you for implementing an agreed-
upon course of action. That proposed Decree is enclosed herewith. It took longer than
anticipated to prepare a Decree and attachment acceptable to all parties, and ,we apologize for
the delay.
Please note that the Decree appointing an auditor/master includes an attached list of. :
interested persons and involved attorneys that the auditor/master is directed to review for
conflict potential. A copy of this list is enclosed separately for Your Honor's review when
considering potential appointees.
