A resident of the Palm Beach area since 1992, she enjoyed serving as a volunteer with the American Red Cross; and was a member of the Garden Club. The written statement or list must be dated and signed by me, and must describe the beneficiaries and the items with reasonable certainty. Any such written statement or list in existence at the time of my death shall control the disposition of any such items described therein. If no such written statement or list is found and identified by my Personal Representative( s) within 30 days after Letters of Administration are issued, it shall be conclusively presumed that there is no such written statement or list, and any subsequently found written statement or list shall be ignored. I have intentionally made no further provision herein for RICHARD R. HENSEL For purposes of this, my last Will and Testament, neither RICHARD R., HENSEL nor any lineal descendant of RICHARD R. HENSEL shall be interpreted or construed to be, or shall otherwise be deemed to be or treated as, a child, descendant, issue, lineal descendant, heir or heir at law of mine, unless it is necessary to do so in order to avoid any escheat to the State of Florida. ARTICLE VI I give and bequest to my son, PHILIP K. HENSEL, II, the remainder and/or balance due and owing of any outstanding debt owed me by my son, PHILIP K. HENSEL, II, at the time of my demise, thereby excusing, forgiving and/or revoking any and all remainder of said outstanding debt. I have intentionally made no further provision herein for PHILIP K.
