I, FREDERICK R MOREFIELD, an adult individual residing at 35960~irch "
DISCLAIMER AND RENUNCIATION
Hollow Road, Purcellville, Virginia, given the death of my mother, Ardella V. Flint (hereinafter
''My Mother") on March 21,2006, do hereby exercise the right granted to me under Chapter 62 of
the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa. C.S.A. Section 6201 et seq., and
Sections 2046 and 2518 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), and
hereby irrevocably, absolutely and without qualification, forever disclaim, renounce, release and
refuse all of my right, title, claim or interest as a lifetime beneficiary of the Trust under ITEM 4
("Fred's Trust") of the Last Will and Testament of Ardella V. Flint dated May 30, 1997 (the
"Will"). This disclaimer specifically includes my right as lifetime beneficiary to both the income
and principal of Fred's Trust.
The within disclaimer relates only to my interest as a lifetime beneficiary under
ITEMS 4(a) and 4(b) of the Will but does not relate to my appointment as fiduciary pursuant to
ITEM 14(b) of the Will, nor does it include a disclaimer of any other fiduciary positions or interests
passing to me as a consequence of the death of My Mother, whether distributable to me by
operation oflaw, intestacy, contract, inter vivos transfer or testamentary disposition.

intending that this Disclaimer and Renunciation be filed with the Clerk of the Cumberland County
Orphans' Court and a copy delivered to JOHN A. MOREFIELD, JR. and FREDERICK R
MOREFIELD, as Co-Executors of the Estate of Ardella V. Flint, and to FREDERICK R
MOREFIELD, BEITY LOUISE MOREFIELD and O. LELAND MAHAN, as Co-Trustees of the
Trust, all as provided in 20 Pa C.S.A. Section 6204(a), I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this
