AND NOW, this Zo'" day of October, 2006, upon consideration ofthe Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Jose L. Ortego and Sherry L. Keith
will apply on October 25,2006 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary
circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license
immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C.
S. Title 23 are met.
