AND NOW, this 20th day of October, 2006, upon consideration of the Affidavit of Jeffrey R.
Boswell, Esquire, dated October 18, 2006, and filed on October 20, 2006, for the estate of the above
named decedent, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the surety bond in the amount of $800,000 set on
October 10, 2006 is decreased to $540,000. IT IS ALSO DECREED that upon filing the Bond of
Personal Representative, Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Robert Frederick Van Voorhees.
