STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT, made the
(p day of CJ L-rlf.-::; l/{!, 2006, by and between
Hoffmans Custom Contracting, Inc.
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Harold E. Rieg and Daria L. Rieg
hereinafter referred to as Owner,
Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family dwelling on that certain
lot of ground situate in Township of Dickinson, Cumberland County. Being Lot 34 of King Gap Estates
recorded in Plan Book 64, Page 48.
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for
themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection
and construction of the said buildings on the lot above-described, and the said Contractor, for
themselves, their subcontractors and others under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and
agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in Dickinson Township,
Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance
with the Final Subdivision Plan for Kings Gap Estates recorded on April 10,
1992, in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 64, Page 48,
etc. as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of 60 foot
wide Chelsea Lane at the dividing line between Lot No. 34 and Lot No. 33;
thence along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 34 and 33 North 80
degrees 55 minutes 14 seconds West, a distance of286.09 feet to a point in
the dividing line between lots Nos. 34 and 35; thence along said dividing
line between Lots Nos. 34 and 35 South 8 degrees 51 minutes 28 seconds
West 190.00 feet to a point in the northern right-of-way line of60 foot wide
Chelsea Lane; thence along the northern right-of-way line of 60 foot wide
Chelsea Lane South 81 degrees 00 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of
114.20 feet; thence continuing along 60 foot wide Chelsea Lane by a curve
to the left having a radius of 200 feet an arc distance of 301.149 feet; thence
continuing along 60 foot wide Chelsea Lane North 12 degrees 42 minutes 52
seconds East, 30.66 feet to a point in the dividing line between Lots Nos. 34
and 33, the place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED lot of land is all of Lot No. 34 as shown on said
Subdivision Plan for Kings Gap Estates recorded as aforesaid, and contains
an area of 47.759 square feet, or 1.10 acres, more or less
BEING the same premises which Robert G. Frey, Executor of the Last Will
and Testament of Linwood B. Phillips, Jr. Deceased, by their deed dated
October 6th, 2006 and to be recorded herewith, granted and conveyed unto
Harold E. Rieg and DarIa L. Rieg, husband and wife.
