Plaintiff is Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, with offices located at 1661 Worthington Road, Suite 100, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, contractor for The Secretary of Veterans Affairs of Washington, D.C. 2. Defendants Linda A. Mitchell and Bryan J. Mitchell are adult individuals with a last-known address of 3439 Hawthorne Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011. 3. Defendant John Doe represents any other individual who may be residing from time to time at 3439 Hawthorne Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011. 4. On September 6, 2006, premises 3439 Hawthorne Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011 was sold by the Sheriff of Cumberland County at Sheriff's Sale after due advertisement according to law and under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, No. 2002-1576 at the suit of Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc vs Linda A. Mitchell and Bryan J Mitchell. 5. Plaintiff settled with the sheriff and a deed was recorded conveying the premises to Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an officer of The United States of America. Said deed was J: \LAUREN\EJECTMENTS\CUMBERLAND\OCWEN.MITCHELL.10.06.DOC recorded on September 21, 2006 in Book no. 276, page 3759. A copy of said deed, which includes a legal description, is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 6. By virtue of Sheriff's Sale, Plaintiff is entitled to possession of the premises. 7. Defendants are presently in possession of the said premises. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, demands that a Judgment in Ejectment be entered in its favor and against defendants.
