JUDGMENT NOTE

ON DEMAND, I, GREGORY J. TRAYER, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, promise to pay to the
order of Joy D. Trayer and Clyde A. Trayer, 87 Yellow Breeches Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, the
sum of Sixty Thousand and 00/100 ($60,000.00) Dollars, with interest accumulating thereon at the
rate of six (6%) percent per annum. The obligation can be paid in full with out penalty at any time
by tendering the unpaid principal and interest balance to Joy D. Trayer and Clyde A. Trayer.

And to secure the payment of said amount, I do hereby~a\1thorize, irrevocably, any attorney of any
Court of Record to appear for me in such Court, in term time or vacation, at any time hereafter, and
confess judgment, without process, in favor of the holder of this Note, for such amount as may appear
to be unpaid thereon, whether due or not together with costs, and to waive and release all errors which
may intervene in such proceedings and to consent to immediate execution upon such judgment, with
ten (10%) percent attorney's fees charged; hereby ratifying and confIrming all that my said attorney
may do by virtue hereof.
