Michelle Walker shall have full. legal and physical custody of Marquan
Jonathan James Matthews.

CUSTODY STIPULATION
It is hereby stipulated that:
1. Jean Renee Byrd, natural mother of herein named minor, is an
adult individual who currently resides at 1119 Redwood Dr., Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. Charles Bernard Matthews, natural father of herein named minor, is an
adult individual whose whereabouts currently are unknown. Charles
Bernard Matthews' last known address is unknown.
3. Marquan Jonathan James Matthews, minor and natural child of Jean
Renee Byrd and Charles Bernard Matthews, currently resides at 1119
Redwood Dr., Carlisle, PA 17013.
4. Stacy Michelle Walker, is an adult who currently resides at 1119
Redwood Dr., Carlisle, PA 17013.
5. Renee Byrd has full, legal and physical custody of Marquan
Jonathan James Matthews. Jean Renee Byrd wishes to give custody
of Marquan Jonathan James Matthews to Stacy Michelle Walker.
Stacy Michelle Walker will have full, legal and physical custody of
Marquan Jonathan James Matthews, including the right and
responsibility to make decisions regarding Marquan Jonathan James
Matthews' education, health, financial and any other decision that may
be required to properly care for said minor.
6. Stacy Michelle Walker wishes to accept full, legal and physical custody
of Marquan Jonathan James Matthews.
7. There is the requirement for Jean Renee Byrd to pay child support in
the amount of $500 per month to Stacy Michelle Walker.
