Enclosed you will find Check No. 1181 in the amount of$3.00. This is the
second replacement check issued for this overpayment. Your firm never cashed the
original check or the first replacement. We voided them and issued new checks.
This is the final attempt to refund the overpayment to Post & Schell, PC. If the
check does not clear our account within ninety days, the Register of Wills office will turn
this money over to Cumberland County.
