RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Reeta M. Otto, do hereby
acknowledge that I have this date received from Reeta M. Otto, Executrix of the Estate of Betty
Jean Koppenhaver, my share of the Estate of Betty Jean Koppenhaver.
I therefore release and forever discharge the said Reeta M. Otto, individually and as
Executrix of the Estate of Betty Jean Koppenhaver, her heirs, Executors, and administrators, of
and from all actions, duties, claims and demands whatsoever from the beginning of the world to
the date of these presents.
And I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, may discharge the said Executrix upon application and without further notice to
me.
AND the undersigned, in consideration of said payment and transfer, does hereby agree,
upon written request of the to refund to the said Estate pro-rata whatever assets, in kind or in
cash, that may be necessary in the future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate.
