SECOND as set forth in full hereinabove.
4. I do have children.
5. I have been fully advised as to my respective
rights, duties and obligations growing out of the bequest as set
forth in Clause SECOND of the Last Will and Testament of Laura A.
Johnson, and I am fully aware of my right to consult with, or
have consulted with, legal counsel.
6. Intending to be legally bound hereby, I do hereby
release, renounce and disclaim for myself and my issue the

and all of my jewelry.
2. I am fully aware of my right and entitlement to
receive the items mentioned in the Memorandum as set forth in
full hereinabove.
3. I am fully aware that I am under no obligation,
legal or otherwise, to accept the items mentioned in the
Memorandum as set forth in full hereinabove.
