Benzon, his wife, of 208 Burnt House Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania have executed a contract with A-C Kuhn & Son, Inc., of P.O. Box 121, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a commercial building (office and research) upon a lot of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No. 11 (with postal address of 7 Alexander Court, Carlisle, PA 17013) of the Subdivision of Enola Construction Company as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 74, Page 12. Legal Description: BEGINNING at a point on the northern dedicated right of way line of Alexander Court at the dividing line between Lots 11 and 12 on the aforementioned plan; thence along said right of way of Alexander Court South 78 degrees 09 minutes 44 seconds West, 101.82 feet to a point; thence along same by a curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet an arc distance of 17.45 feet to a point; thence along same by a curve to the left with a radius of 50.00 feet an arc distance of 86.14 feet to a point; thence along the dividing line between Lots 10 and I 1 on said plan North 60 degrees 33 minutes l 8 seconds West, 35.00 feet to a point; thence along same North 76 degrees 05 minutes 37 seconds West, 388.90 feet to a point; thence along the dividing line between Lot 11 and Lots 1 and 2 on said plan North 78 degrees 09 minutes 44 seconds East, 569.59 feet to a point; thence along the dividing line between Lots 11 and 12 on said plan South 11 degrees 50 minutes 16 seconds West, 200.00 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. Now, May 21,2002, in consideration of the making of the said contract and the further consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
