Sims, Executrix of the Estate of Charles Parker, late of Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; have been filed and advertised in accordance with the law and rules of Court and the same have been confirmed by the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on , 2006, and it appearing that said Executrix in her Schedule of Proposed Distribution claims the distribution and the following real estate, in kind, to Cynthia L. Sims, aka Cynthia L. Zellars Sims it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that said real estate is hereby awarded to CYNTHIA L. SIMS, her heir and assigns: DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE C:~) AND NOW, this ALL that certain tract or parcel of land with a concrete stuccoed bungalow and other improvements thereon erected, situate in Brookside Avenue, Township of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described'as follows: On the Northeast by Brookside Avenue, on the Southeast by property now or formerly of the John Hosfeld Estate, on the Southwest by a public alley, on the Northwest by property now or formerly of Thomas N. Canaan and wife, having a frontage of 50 feet on said Brookside Avenue and extending in depth at right angles from said Avenue to the said public alley in the rear; the property aforesaid is the Southeast one of a row of bungalows on Brookside Avenue. AND BEING the same real estate which Charles H. Black and Martha E. Black, by deed dated May 18, 1972 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Cumberland County in Deed Book N Volume 24 at Page 791 granted and conveyed to Charles Parker. BEGING KNOWN AS 11 Brookside Avenue, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257. The said Charles Parker died testate April 27, 2005, leaving a Last Will and Testament duly probated in the Office of the Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Estate File v-- WEIGLE & ASSOCIATES, P.c. - ATTORNEYS AT LAW - 126 EAST KING STREET - SHIPPENSBURG, PA 17257-1397 , . . . #2005-00610 wherein he gave, and devised and bequested all of his estate and the above-described tract of land to his daughter, Cynthia L. Zellars Sims, also known as Cynthia L. Sims. The Recorder of Deeds in and for said County is directed to record this Order among the deeds in his official capacity and to index said real estate in the Grantor's index against the Estate of Charles Parker and in the Grantee index to Cynthia L.
