emergency necessitating the filing of this Petition will continue beyond seventy-two (72)
hours from the date that the initial Order of Court, namely October 12, 2006, was entered
and counsel for Raymond B. Cummings waives the requirement for filing a Petition to
Extend upon the expiration of the seventy-two (72) hour period of this Order. The
appointment of the Area Agency on Aging, in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
as Emergency Plenary Guardians of the Person and Estate of Raymond B. Cummings
shall continue in full force and effect until the time of the Hearing for the appointment of
Permanent Plenary Guardians of the Person and Estate of Raymond B. Cummings.
A hearing on the issue of appointing Permanent Plenary Guardians of the Person
and Estate of Raymond B. Cummings is scheduled for Frida November 3 2006 at
