STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND., is
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Allen's Flooring for vinyl tile
installation at their family housing facilities located at 1330 - 1397 Grandview Court, in Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania known as Grandview Court.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution ofthe principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF
CUMBERLAND to the said Allen's Flooring to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said Contract with Allen's
Flooring and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no
lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
