39.27 feet, a chord bearing and distance of South 37 degrees 06 minutes 05 seconds West
35.36 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of Shireton Place; extending (6) thence along the
same by a curve to the left, having a radius of 97.00 feet, ari arc distance of 22.91 feet, and a
chord bearing and distance of South 75 degrees 20 Ipinutes 02 seconds West, 22.86 feet to
