allegedly incapacitated person, Doris Ann Potteiger, the
Court finds that the conditions permitting her absence from
the hearing on this date have been met under the appropriate
statute, and with the consent of her court-appointed
counsel, Leslie Ann Tomeo, Esquire, her presence today is
