The undersigned, KAY PARK, herein submits a claim in the amount of Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), filed pursuant to Section 3384, Probate, Estates
and Fiduciaries Code, Laws of 1972, Act No. 104, effective July 1, 1972, as
amended.

TO THE HONORABLE CLERK OF THE ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION:
Enter the Claim of KAY PARK, 5695 Columbia Pike, Suite 100, Falls Church,
Virginia 22041 in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) against the
above captioned Estate. The Decedent who resided at 3 Edgewood Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, died on June 28, 2006.
Written Notice of the aforesaid Claim was mailed certified mail to LAWRENCE J.
NEARY, Esquire, at 108-112 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101 on
October 26, 2006.
