JUDGEMENT
At the trial hearing set for November 23, 2005, appears the plaintiff,
Linda Lou Feigles t.c.c. Linda Stryker through attorney. Arlene Zambrana
Ortiz. The defendant,; Rickie Alan Stryker did not appear, and was declared in
default.
The plaintiff was sworn and then testified in court. Said. testimony was
deemed in accordance, with the dispositions of articles 96 and 97 of the Civil
Code of Puerto Rico, 1930, as amended, (31 L.P.R.A., sections 321 and 331).
The Court declares that the cruel treatment and adultery the allegations in the
complaint have been proved and thus decreeds the broken and dissolved the
marriage bond between plaintiff and defendant.
The marriage c.ssolved here was contracted on November 10, of 1982 in
Pennsylvania, E.U.A.
During the marriage the plaintiff and defendant parts procreated a
daughter who is of legal age.
During the marriage theyydid not acquire any assets or debts.
