1. The ~rriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken a.a is hereby dissolved.
2. The progerty settlement a~reement and ~en~ment to
property settlement agreement entered between the partie~ on June
30, 1993, introduced into evidence and ~rke~ as Exhibit i and
Exhibit 2, respectively, were executed voluntarily, are in the best
interest of the parties and are hereby approved and incorporated
reference in this final ~ud~ent. The parties are hereby ordered
to take what.vet action is reasonable and necessa~ to, and conduct
themselves in a manner conducive with, carrying out the intent and
purpose of the agreement, the ~en~ent thereto, and this jud~ent.

3. The parties shall pay their own attorneys' fees and
costs ingurred in pursuit of this action.
4. This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause and
the parties hereto for the purpose of enforcement of the provisions
of this final judgment and the property settlea~nt agreement.
