The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed is Glenn Hockenberry, with a mailing address of 350 G Street, with the address of the subject property at the following: 130 Crain Drive Carlisle, PA 17013 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq. This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for water usage service in the amount of $410.17. Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from May 16, 2002 and costs of filing are also claimed. HOCKENBERRY, single man, of 350 "G" Street in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, party of the second part, GRANTEE WHEREAS, Paul Snyder was seized in fee (amongst other lands), of and in a certain messuag¢ or tenement and tract of land, hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, Paul Snyder died a widower on the 29th day of June, 1990, leaving a Will dated November 18, 1968, probated in the office of the Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Will Book 114, Page 994, and filed to Estate No. 21-90-517, by which Testator appointed Paul F. Snyder and Dorothy M. Ocker, Executors, and, WIIEREAS, Letters Testamentary in the estate of Paul Snyder, Deceased, were issued by the Cumberland County Register of Wills to Paul F. Snyder and Dorothy M. Ocker on the 19th day of July, 1990, without the requirement that any bond be posted by any of them, which Letters Testamentary remain in full force and effect, and, WHEREAS, Section 3351 of the Probate, Estate and Fiduciaries Co~e (20 C.S.A. 3351) gives personal representatives the power to sell at public or private sale any real property not specifically devised, and, WHEREAS, the hereinafter described real estate was not specifically devised, School Oint. I and 2 of the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots crossing said public road. North 20 degrees 45 minutes East 178 feet to the Iow water mark of said creek; thence down said creek, along the low water mark by its various courses. 71 feet more or less to a point, the Place of B E GINNING. Junk, husband and wife, by deed dated July 17, 1965, and recorded August 26, 1965, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "S", Page 21, Page 128, granted and conveyed to Paul Snyder and Emma M. Snyder, husband and wife. The said Emma M. Snyder having died on February 9, 1976, title to the same remained vested by operation of law solely~in her surviving spouse, Paul Snyder. whose Executors are the Grantors herein.
