The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed is Glenn Hockenberry, with a mailing address of 350 G Street, with the address of the subject property at the following: 130 Crain Drive Carlisle, PA 17013 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq. This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for water usage service in the amount of $410.17. Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from May 16, 2002 and costs of filing are also claimed.
